Do you offer same day delivery?Yes, if you order before 1PM.

Will I be able to pick u my order?Pick-up is available per request. The pick-up location will be provided by the florist once your order is completed. You will receive a message stating your order is ready for pick-up with the address to the pick-up location. For same day delivery orders must be place by 1pm.

How can I pay?We accept many forms of payment. Your invoice will come from Square Pay and you will enter in your payment details. Payment is required before your order is scheduled for delivery. Payments can be enter by a team member upon request.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
